1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the University Transport App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

3. Description of Service

University Transport App provides a mobile platform for university students to:

• Book seats on university transport vehicles
• View available routes, schedules, and fares
• Make payments for transport services
• Receive notifications and announcements
• Access AI-powered chatbot assistance
• Manage bookings and view history

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Eligibility

The App is intended for registered university students. By using the App, you confirm that you are a currently enrolled student at an eligible institution.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at shahzeb3303@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Booking and Payment Terms

5.1 Seat Booking

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Daily bookings are limited to 3 attempts per day
• Monthly bookings require invoice payment and admin approval
• Seat assignments are final once confirmed
• Bookings are non-transferable

5.2 Payments

• All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Payments must be made through approved methods
• Payment confirmation requires admin verification
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

5.3 Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled according to the following policy:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled time: Full refund eligible
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: Partial or no refund
• No-shows: No refund

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Use another person's account without authorization
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the booking system
• Interfere with the App's functionality or security
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell, transfer, or trade your bookings
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Upload malicious content or malware

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by Sardar Shahzeb Khan and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content
• Use the App's branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Transport schedules may change due to weather, traffic, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SARDAR SHAHZEB KHAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Delays, cancellations, or changes in transport service
• Actions or omissions of drivers, staff, or other users
• Personal injury during transport (covered by transport operator)
• Loss or damage to personal belongings

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sardar Shahzeb Khan from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Provide false or fraudulent information
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• Misuse the booking system

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
